Transition Letter

 It is with mixed emotions that I am writing to announce my transition from my position as the Executive Director of the Ottauquechee Health Foundation (OHF) to pursue a new and exciting position in the nonprofit sector. It has been a tremendous honor to serve the organization for the past four years, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with each of you. 

Today, as I look around at all OHF has accomplished and endured, I am amazed by the resiliency of this organization: the applicants that thrive despite difficult life circumstances, the staff and volunteers with a passion for the mission, and the Board of Trustees, who lead with experience and strength finding new and exciting connections and opportunities for the organization. 

Leading OHF has been a great honor. I am incredibly proud of what we achieved during the past four years; OHF has grown significantly and found a prominent place in the community as a source of financial support and resourcing, and community collaboration and partnerships. 

Thank you for the passion, enthusiasm, and wisdom that you have imparted to me during my tenure. Please be assured that the OHF Board of Trustees and I have formed a strong transition plan and that we have no doubt that our new Executive Director will be well-positioned to move the organization to its next level of growth and success. The future is bright and promising. I look forward to staying connected as a passionate supporter of OHF with you by our side.
