Community Grants

Community grants are made to nonprofit organizations with current tax exempt status under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code or a public entity.  Community grants may also be made to organizations with a fiscal sponsor which maintains tax-exempt status. Community Grants will have bi-yearly calls for applications and will have annual themes associated the calls. If a grant application falls outside of the annual theme, those applications will be reviewed on a case to case basis by the Grants Committee.

OHF is not accepting Community Grant applications at this time.

The next granting cycle will begin in early 2020, please visit this page for updates.
