Stephen D\’Aogostino

Board Member

Stephen moved to Reading with his husband, Bill Bakker, in 2015. Since then, he has become involved in many community organizations in town, including chairing the Reading Recreation Commission and serving on the Reading Green Spaces Committee and the board of directors of the Reading Historical Society. Stephen is also the Reading correspondent for The Vermont Standard.

Professionally, Stephen is a freelance writer specializing in pharmaceutical advertising. He is happy to say that in the 12 years he has been doing this, he has yet to write one of those unrealistic television ads. Instead, he devotes his energy to presenting drug and medical information in a way that is easy for people to understand as they contemplate the treatment options available to them.

Stephen is excited to put his professional experience and his passion for local causes to work on the Ottauquechee Health Foundation.
