Good Neighbor Grants
The Foundation makes grants on behalf of individuals who are unable to pay for their costs of healthcare. Two thirds of these grants are for dental care each year, due to the oral health crisis in the Upper Valley and across the country. The remainder of the grants fund medical equipment, mental health, pharmaceutical and other health needs.

Scholarships
For more than 20 years, the Ottauquechee Health Foundation has fostered health and wellness in our communities through support for education and initiatives, and grants to help our neighbors meet their healthcare needs. To help support our mission of creating the healthiest communities possible, OHF has founded the OHF Health and Wellness Scholarship Award. This scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors planning to pursue a career in health and wellness at a Vermont College or University. Ideally, that student would also have the future goal to remain in the area post-graduation to help further support the health and wellness of our Vermont communities. Please complete the following application and include a short essay describing why you are the ideal candidate for this award.
