Sharing Food and Fun: Shakshuka! An OHF Community Event

Back by popular demand! The cold months are upon us and the Ottauquechee Health Foundation invites you to Share the Food and Fun by joining us in this tasty community cooking event!
Every other month we will bring you a tasty cooking demo to share virtually as a community.
This month we’re going to travel to North Africa and make Shakshuka! It is a gorgeous, deep red and full-flavored dish with sauteed vegetables and poached eggs. Great for brunch or lunch or dinner. Lots of healthy veggies and a spice combination that really wakes up the taste buds. It is warming and comforting and perfect for this time of year. Definitely nourishes heart and soul!

About the Chef, Holly Pierce:
