Michael Welhoelter

Trustee

Michael brings more than 40 years of experience in investment management, with deep
expertise in portfolio management and leadership. Most recently, he served as President of
Epoch Investment Partners in Manhattan, where he also held the role of Co-Chief Investment
Officer. During his tenure at Epoch, Michael assumed several senior leadership positions,
including Co-Chief Investment Officer and Head of Risk Management. Prior to joining Epoch, he
worked in asset management and quantitative analysis at Credit Suisse Asset Management and
Columbia Management. Michael graduated from Colgate University with a BA in Computer and
Information Science and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Michael enjoys hiking, skiing, travel
and fishing. He is currently just over one-third of the way through hiking all 48 of New
Hampshire’s 4,000-foot peaks. He and his wife, Leslie, who own a home in Woodstock, value
time spent with their three grown children and their ever-growing number of grandchildren.
