According to the CDC, the following these guidelines will prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people. This will give space between you and other people’s respiratory droplets.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands. Keep those respiratory droplets from getting away!

Wear a mask over your nose and mouth when in public. Your mask helps you protect others. And vice versa.”

Do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth. That makes it harder for the virus to get into your system from your fingers.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces, just to make sure that the virus is not lingering on things you touch.

Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care. This is a great way to contain the virus and let your body rest.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Two times through the “Happy Birthday” song will get you to 20 seconds.
